DotNet WebAPI Developer / Full Stack developer

The senior developer will focus on Web API development throughout full software development life cycle. 

 

Responsibilities:

•        Design and Build high tech solutions for Digital first strategy at Allianz life

•        Be involved in full stack development ( Website, Web API, Data) with core strength being Web API development

•        Participate in software requirement/design sessions with clients, business analysts, developers, onshore/off shore resources and vendor partners

•        Translate business and technical requirements into design and implementation

•        Responsible for design, development, and oversight for work products from internal and external service providers, ensuring that delivered work products conform to needs of the product plans and meet the desired quality attributes

•        Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing applications.

•        Development and execution of unit test plans. Supporting execution of System and User acceptance testing

 

 

Required/Desirable Skills:

 

•        10 years of experience with design and development of Web APIs ( REST/SOAP )

•        5 years of C#, ASP.Net, XML, JSON,Javascript / Jquery, MS SQL Server / Oracle

•        Strong knowledge and understanding of design patterns

•        Strong debugging and troubleshooting experience

•        Experience with Continuous Integration tools and concepts (Jenkins)

•        Experience with unit/Integration testing tools and concepts

•        Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology preferred

•        Bachelor degree in technical discipline; or equivalent experience and/or training

•        Must be eligible to work in the US

•        Workhours will be US CST
