- 5+ years as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
- Strong in Change Management Process
- CSM required
- Strong Jira and CRM experience
- Risk Management experience and quality management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing/inflight projects and kick the start project plans and ensure there are no gaps/issues
- Should ensure all handoffs/verification are in place. I.e check who is reconciling the data and how
- Clear and objective goals and outcomes on each CRs & track in Jiras
- Roles & Responsibilities should be strong on RASCI standards (Responsible, Accountable, Sign-off authority, Consulted & Involved)
- Risk Management (Be Vocal, transparent and urgent on risks and issues and gaps.)
- Quality Management (QA & UAT testing track)
- Document and collect BAU enhancement requests and work with stakeholders to have them understood and prioritized, partnering with exiting tech team
- Develop and manage runbooks
