• Write clean, scalable code using the C# programming language
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for REST APIs
• Develop and write code from written specifications
• Use, modify, maintain and create new and existing web applications
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop modify and maintain databases using SQL Server Management Studio
• Assist front-end web developers in handling project related work and other requirements
• Coordinate with other web developers in logical JSON packets and REST endpoints
• Follow written specification to develop and modify existing and new web apps Qualifications for Net Developer
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC) and relational database design)
• 5 years of development experience using C# .NET
• Knowledge of C# .NET language in building REST WebAPIs in a layered approach
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Knowledge of relational database design
• Able to work well in a team setting
