JOB DETAIL

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with experience in hiring at scale for large to mid-size IT Services organizations. If you are passionate about building disruptive talent acquisition strategies, recruitment marketing and excited about rapid growth, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the CEO and also will be part of our core team that s helping us grow to our planned $12m annuity revenue in the next 2 years. If you have exposure to managing a team of recruiters, recruitment partners and campus hiring, deep understanding of how to design, execute and measure Talent Marketing campaigns across multiple channels and have an MBA in HR or equivalent, it would be an added bonus.

Required Skills

5 years+ of relevant experience working in recruitment with large to mid-size IT services organizations / recruitment firm (IT Hiring).
