Job Title Sr. Business Analyst Experience Level More than 10 years Skills & Job Responsibilities AFS Vision Reporting Workstream Lead (Sr Technical Business Analyst) The AFSVision reporting lead should have experience with delivering large-scale complex system re-platform projects related to delivery of all required reporting. This person would be responsible for supporting reporting team planning, testing, delivery and mitigation of any related technical roadblocks. Commercial lending experience and AFS experience (either level 3 or Vision) would be a big plus, but not required.   Reporting Analyst key skills: • Hands on experience required with any one or more reporting tools like Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau, Alterix, Oracle Financials • Hands on experience with SQL & scripting • Perform analysis on large datasets to determine data quality • Identify and describe the complex data quality issues and document for downstream review • Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle) • Can demonstrate strong leadership skills from prior experience working on similar projects   Technical skillset should include: • Requirements gathering and analysis / break down of large requests into user stories and/or component parts • System and system integration design based on requirements • Agile or agile-variant software development methodologies • Understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans • Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements. • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and data modelling. • Strong experience with various software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc. • Strong experience building, writing and executing test cases (using technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Loadrunner, is a plus) • Excellent communicator - Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Execute root cause analysis of systems and data issues. • Excellent organizational skills. • Excellent understanding of business process. • Strong ability to think through workflows and the characteristics that make each workflow different. • Proven ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between assigned workload and on-going support tasks. • Proven ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures and priorities
