1. Bachelor Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
2. Strong in both SQL and some object oriented language (i.e. Python, R, etc)
3. Experience building data pipeline / ETL development at larger companies
4. Experience performing some deep user analysis to understand user trends or patterns
5. Experience with success metric development and analysis
6. Experience with product/technology companies (e.g. tech companies, apps, digital products, etc)

Desired Skills :

1. Some experience with modelling (Nice to have)
2. Experience collaborating with teammates
3. Ability to communicate data products to non-technical stakeholders
4. Familiarity with distributed data processing systems (e.g. Spark, Redshift)
