Skill set: MS Dynamics implementation support, Control Framework, Business Process understanding

• Experience in MS Dynamics full life cycle implementation and support (Techno-Functional) with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in Business Process Cycles (Such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Receipt etc.)
• Sound understanding of ERP development and experience in implementation of business requirements from an IT standpoint
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Experience in designing MS Dynamics solutions by prioritizing simplicity, appropriate scale, resiliency and maintainability
• Experience in designing and implementing Internal Controls as per SOX standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability/desire to work in a team-based, customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills to all levels of management
• Ensure client service delivery in accordance with the quality guidelines & methodologies.
• Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of work.
• Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills including the ability to research and understand sophisticated processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties
