RESPONSIBILITIES:

?        Ensure databaseavailability, replication, problem analysis and resolution.

?        Performance tuning,SQL tuning, automation, integrity, currency, and recovery.

?        Installation,configuration, maintenance, and upgrade of databases.

?        Develop and maintainbackup plans and security

?        Designevaluations/recommendations for database migration strategies to the cloud

?        Provide technicalleadership to application development team on DB design/development.

?        Good to have Big Dataexperience

?        Rewrite Complex SQLQueries, Stored Procedures.

?        Provide Oracle DBAsupport for customers mission critical OLTP database

?        OracleMAA Architecture

?        Advanced Oracle DBAExperience (Oracle RAC, Data Guard) is a plus.

?        Experience withvarious database features like replication, clustering, partitioning, etc.

?        Experienced inLinux/Unix shell scripting and other DBA specific Linux/UNIX skills.

?        Proven experiencesupporting 24x7 high volume mission critical production databases.

?        Extensive knowledgewith monitoring tools and writing custom monitoring and maintenance tools.

?        Proven knowledge withvarious database backup methodologies and recovery strategies & procedures.

?        Proven experience withdatabase performance tuning and capacity planning.

?        Proven Experience withmigrating databases between different database versions.

?        Proven ability todesign, implement and support database best practices.

?        Proven ability toconduct POC’s and certifications of new database products and features.

?        Excellenttroubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellentcommunication skills and proven ability to work independently and in ateam-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

?        Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences or equivalentexperience.

?        10 years’ experiencerequired.

?        Oracle Certificationis required

?        10 plus years performingOracle 12c,11g, and 19c administration

?        Big Data Experience

?        SQL Clustering

?        Tuning and Migration

?        Transaction Replication

?        Experience with AWS
