The Technical Project Manager is a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting and driving voice related projects in regards to day-to-day project planning and delivery, risk analysis, issues resolution, and scope definition. This role will assist workstream leads’  in implementing projects inclusive of vendor activity and external team activities inclusive of  identifying problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts and is a sound communicator who will manage projects through all stages of the implementation process and escalate decision points and risk. The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel as well as flexibility with working EMEA or US hour.

•           Senior level Technical Project Manager to executed new product implementation and application integration.

•           Experience with Microsoft Smart sheet

•           Prefeed in Voice Technology i.e. Networks, Circuits, VOIP, etc.

•           Experience in Network integration

•           Project Management experience required: ability to drive project execution, flexibility to create/manage project documentation.
