- Bachelor Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- Strong in both SQL and some object oriented language (i.e. Python, R, etc)
- Experience building data pipeline / ETL development at larger companies
- Experience performing some deep user analysis to understand user trends or patterns
- Experience with success metric development and analysis
- Experience with product/technology companies (e.g. tech companies, apps, digital products, etc)
