Respond to any emergencies during hour and afterhours

Able to performance tune MySQL database (i.e. indexes, stats, tracing..etc)

Understand and deploy RDS MSQL

Understand MySQL replications with master and slave nodes

Experience with MySQL migrations between on-prem and AWS RDS

Able to communicate well to stakeholders

Understand SQL and SQL stored procedures
