At least 3+ years supporting software applications preferably in Finance and supporting Level-1 & Level-2 Production Support, on call support along with onshore/offshore co-ordination.
Working knowledge of Sql Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), MS Excel, MS Visual Basic for Applications-VBA, extended Mark-Up Language-XML.
Experienced in scripting using VBA, shell scripting-Linux/Unix, PL/SQL, Perl, Python.
Experience with querying and effectively using databases.
Experience with both Windows Server & Linux & UNIX OS and related desktop environments.
