- Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent relevant military or work experience
- Minimum 1 years of practical experience and proficiency with applicable web application programming languages, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience using SQL, or equivalent.
- Experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with programming ASP.Net using C#, VB, HTML 5, Java Script, CSS, SQL a plus
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, DITA and XML publishing a plus
- Basic aptitude for software and software development tools
