JOB DETAIL

The Regulatory Affairs Data Analyst will support MedTech companies. This role involves a multi-faceted set of skills including cross-functional collaboration and planning/oversight/execution of projects & activities that directly impact the operational result of the business. The Data Analyst will work closely with Franchises and Regional Regulatory Affairs groups to integrate and leverage disparate data sources to provide beneficial insights. This role is a key contributor to the creation of a data-driven culture for Regulatory Affairs.

 

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Produce analysis and visualizations that demonstrate analytical results in an easily digestible manner for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and enhancement of the organizations data infrastructure and reporting environment
  • By request or independently identify and implement opportunities to improve or standup data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Assist in the improvement and documentation of organizational data policies and procedures to align with industry best practices
  • Performs external data reconciliation with RA databases and reviews data to ensure accuracy and completeness

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s/undergraduate degree is required
  • Experience with any or all the following (SQL, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel) is required
  • Leads the development of effective networks with global internal/external business partners as well as collaborates with technical colleagues on assessments and evaluation of new technologies is required

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, Python
  • pharmaceutical or health care industry experience
  • Strong leadership and planning skills with the ability to work across diverse business landscapes
  • Maximize the power of diversity and inclusion
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with global/regional software/applications such as MDRIM, Trackwise, PowerApps, etc. is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with managing and utilizing large datasets, understanding of data processing and analysis workflows
