Experience in Salesforce Marketing/Health cloud is must and critical
Salesforce experience is a must and a minimum of 3 years project or support engagement with it.Project Planning and Execution:?
Supports and provides technical expertise on programs and projects as assigned.
Supports product team through detailed design, product support, analysis, and reporting.
Participates in agile process, including participating in scrum meetings.
May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from meetings.
