• Requirements Gathering and Business User Meetings to understand the requirements/existing functionalities of the service request management 

• Requirement Analysis 

• Identify the process gaps and provide alternatives to the project team. 

• Prepare the templates for the Functional specification review, Technical specifications etc 

• Build mock-up UIs and wireframing to demonstrate the features/enhancements on Apple’s ServiceNow platform.   

• Solution Designing and specification review 

• Prepare and present weekly status reports and sprint retrospective review reports 

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with Apple’s Business Users and End Users 

• Interact with Apple’s Business Users/End Users for the Technical specification review and sign off.  

• Provide the technical assistance from design and development standpoint  

• Handle delivery of interfaces on-time for testing team  

• Record and track all defects identified during the testing phase and cycle back with the core development team for any fix / fine tuning. 

• Documentation and knowledge transfer 

• Publish knowledge articles on the Apple’s ServiceNow platform Knowledge Base module for future reference
