10+ years of experience (5+ in leadership) in a fast-paced, Sales, global eCommerce environment.

Deep business operations and program management expertise with a resilient and agile mentality that can get results

Demonstrated experience handling a broad portfolio of initiatives and priorities.

Ability to span from long-term strategic vision to tactical execution with ease.

Must display great ability to prioritize deliverables, focusing on critical path items, with a persistent attention to detail.

Discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Thrives in an ambiguous environment and can think clearly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proactive team-player and leader with a can-do attitude and a deep sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience collaborating and using resources from matrixed organizations across multiple regions (EMEIA, APAC, AMR).

Comfortable taking on any crisis moments. Encourages direct and tough debate, and intuitively knows when to aim to a decision.

Influences senior leadership through poised presentations of concepts and recommendations. Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
