Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation
Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
Experience should include implementation of HRSD with Guided setup, configuration of Employee Service Center (ESC), Life-cycle Events (LE) for On-Boarding & Transitions, Activities, Services, and other key workflow components.
Working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
