Important Note -Most important thing is they are over 60% development and that they have experience with Sales and Marketing cloud as well as Salesforce Lightning Web Component experience. These people need EXCELLENT communication skills, they will be interacting with the business directly (stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, PMs).
Senior Salesforce Developer will meet with Salesforce Architect, Project Managers, business stakeholders to determine CRM needs. Senior Salesforce Developer will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, design/code/implement Salesforce applications, develop customer-facing interfaces, have experience with VisualForce, Lightening, and Apex. Work with senior members of the team to analyze business requirements, translate requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and custom platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Apps, Mobile, and Custom front ends, etc.), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations. Participate in development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment. With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development. Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks. Assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
