Roles and Responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

2. Ensuring optimal performance of the central mongo database and responsiveness to front-end requests.

3. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications with best in class user experience

4. Writing high quality reusable, testable, efficient and easily maintainable code.

5. Integration of data storage solution (may include database, key-value stores, blob stores, etc)

6. Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues, find and address performance issues.

7. Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

8. Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.

9. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

10. Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.

11. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.

12. Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.

13. Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.

14. Work on Dialog Flow based chatbot to render data in the mobile apps.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Node.js/Express.js developer.

2. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

3. Knowledge of mongo db.

4. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

5. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

7. Great organizational and time management skills.
