JOB DETAIL

Moving from on-prem to cloud. Already did a global design phase a month ago and transitioning into implementation phase. Looking for 3 different roles. They are all similar in experience and resources:

 

- Senior Resources 8+ years of experience

 

- Someone that has played a PM role in the past that can drive functional design and track the project

 

- Some prior technical experience is very helpful, yet the business acumen is the key to drive the quality strategies to fruition. Managing timelines of the implementation. The go to person for the area of the Oracle Cloud implementation. Currently on-prem with Oracle 11i and R12. If a strong Project Manager of Oracle Cloud implementation, yet did not come from a technical background, still send.

 

- Roles are more functional than technical, that can be a Project Management type person.

 

- We have already put in place the Conversions, Integrations and Reporting strategies. Looking for the 3 different people to manage the transitions, working with employee and 3rd party consulting firm. Global Project with most of the Tech Team being in the USA.

 

Looking for an Oracle Cloud Integrations Lead with experience in designing and implementing integration protocols (Oracle ERP/EPM and 3rd party systems) both on-prem and in the cloud to help us transform to a modern cloud financials platform.

Reporting into a Sr. Manager, GTO, the Oracle Cloud Integrations Lead is a critical role that partners with various IT teams and business partners to support and help transform finance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Lead end-to-end build of each data integration to/from various source systems to/from Oracle Cloud, including on-prem and other SaaS applications

Lead execution of integration strategy using various integration pattern capabilities like BICC, BIC, business events, web services, FBDI, OIC, direct connect to/from Oracle cloud ERP and EPM Data Manager

Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture on all key decisions and on-going integration work

Manage technical delivery resources supporting integration development, testing, deployment activities in onshore/offshore model

Work with various infrastructure teams and Security to ensure proper security frameworks are in place for the integration application and tools used

Define an error handling, logging, and monitoring solution to address business and technical related failures

Collaborate with system owners, functional and business teams to understand requirements and transform them into technical designs

Develop technical and functional integration specifications that describe and support the integration architecture

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

10 to 12 years of experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle on-prem, Oracle cloud ERP and EPM and other 3rd party systems (on prem and cloud)

Deep understanding of cloud integration methodologies having designed using tools like OIC, GCP and IICS

Able to work with business users and IT teams to understand requirements and build out design documents supporting each integration
