Position: Human Resources Generalist - II
Type: Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN || Day 1 Onsite
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred. 3 years of direct work-related HR experience or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience. Understand leave regulations at state and federal levels. An essential function of this position is working onsite; this position qualifies for a hybrid working arrangement that supports remote work, but generally requires being onsite at least 3 days a week. A requirement of this position is that you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and received all approved boosters or qualify for an accommodation from the Bank's vaccination policy; the Bank will provide accommodations as required by law for individuals unable to be vaccinated due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
Responsibilities: There may be an opportunity for this position to be converted to a regular, full-time role in 2023. Benefit Administration by processing leave requests, accommodation requests and follow up research and communications. Work with leaders and employees on the leave process, documentation process, and entering leave codes into Workday. Participate with HR leaders, employee and Legal in meetings about accommodations, AWA and leave requests. Work with vendors and Vendor invoices and payments for benefits. Maintain a master data set for LOA and AWA.
