Qualifications:

?5-10years ServiceNow experience

?3-5years experiences in ITAM and CMDB

?3-5years JavaScript development experience

?Experience with Angular JS, SQL, HTML,and CSS

?Workingknowledge of ServiceNow San Diego release

?ITILProcess knowledge

• Experience with an agile development process and continuous integration/delivery
• Proven track record in taking responsibility for and assuming ownership of solutions

ExpectedResponsibilities:

• Identify and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow production defects and enhancement requests involving CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management and Asset discovery tools.
• Lead support of core ServiceNow module ITAM and CMDB.

?Configureintegrations with external platforms using SOAP and REST.

?Provide end-user support, create user documentation, and encourageuser adoption for ServiceNow.

• Demonstrate knowledge of current ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally.
• Mentor and train developers for on-going ServiceNow Initiatives
• Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization.  Design and develop ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, scripts, and workflow. 

?Develop in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
