Act as a technical Business Analyst define and document the requirements from Business to development team.
Hands on experience in Agile. SAFe methodology preferred.
An aptitude for analyzing application problems, ideally using a formal analysis methodology, and the building of solutions.
Very good at understanding, grooming, articulating and clarifying the requirements to business team.
Working with the development team to clarify their questions and ensuring the acceptance criteria is met.
Participate in UAT sessions to demo the developed product to broad stakeholders.
Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team.
Quality understanding of at least one phase of the development life cycle plus an understanding of how phases of the development life cycle are related.
Experience of the development of data flow diagrams.
Knowledge of process mapping, development of data flow diagrams and general insurance principles such as underwriting, claims, and re-insurance.
