Once candidate gets offer then they will have to go onsite at Plano TX  only for 1 week after a week project will be fully 100% remote

Qualifications:

•3-5 years of experience in generating and presenting data insights from marketing, web, product, or other related analytics fields

•Advanced SQL skills to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch

•Advanced dashboarding skills (Tableau OR Qlik)

•Ability to understand how the business works, key levers and proficient in combining data with business fundamentals to craft a coherent story

•Domain experience in subjects such as experimental design and Multivariate/A-B testing

•Experience with JIRA is a plus

•Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams

•Ideally, performing advanced analytics in Professional Services, MSP, Workforce Management, etc. domain with emphasis on performance management

•Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
