We need a Business Analyst who has experience in gathering and analyzing Business requirements . Minimum 5 years of IT experience is required.

  Previous experience in directly communicating with business end-users and capturing the business requirement for the system solution are required.

  Technical PM experience would be strongly preferred.

  Understand business requirements, create functional business requirement and make sure the vendor deliver what they committed

  Fully engaged with the vendor’s development work, considering the future operation

  Coordinate with the client as needed

  Escalate any issues during project to Client Manager

  User should have experience in supporting & conducting user acceptance testing

  Should have good experience in Jira & Confluence tool for managing the requirements and defects.

  Should have excellent documentation skills.
