Someone should have experience in Digital Transformation Project.

Mandatory Skills Description:- Active position, able to self-manage and follow-up multiple activities with different corporate functions
- Project Management experience of 4 to 6 years. Overall experience of 12 to 16 years
- Should have experience in managing a large team of 20 to 25 people
- Have an experience in defining the process for executing a small to medium projects
- Experience in effort, cost estimation, resource loading and calculation of gross margin
- Have experience in executing the Fixed Price and T&M projects
- Should have handled a distributed team at onsite and offshore
- Experience in team formation from the initial phase of the project
- Should have experience in people management, motivation monitoring, talent development
- Interaction with other regions or different locations in providing support in terms of providing the skill set availability, staffing, hiring process, conducting interviews and rate card creation
- Should have experience in delivering Digital Transformation projects such as with any Content Management System/Data Analytics area in any of the domains such as Insurance, HealthCare & Life Sciences
- Experience in identifying risk, risk management, stakeholders' management o Reporting the program/project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Have experience in creating the project plan using Microsoft Project
