• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Role in Atlanta - expected to be based at the client office
• Experience in Financial Services / Banking
• Leading and managing successful transformation programs
• Ability to think tactically as well as strategically whilst coordinating cross functional teams in
a matrixed environment
• High degree of business and technical competency and the ability to bridge the two domains
• Provide transparency to Senior Management around portfolio issues, risks and to
recommend/implement strategies for effective and efficient operations
• Experience building program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project
portfolios
• Proactive with a positive attitude – ability to get things done
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
