1.            Hands on experience on ServiceNow development and delivering the PoCs.

2.            Lead experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

3.            Experience in rolling out a technical solution leveraging ServiceNow capabilities like rollout for new application.

4.            Good communication skill to present the solution to the leadership and get stakeholder buy-in.

5.            Support the release team to assess the work effort and rollout plan.

6.            Ability to guide the developers and analyst to support the delivery.
