JOB DETAIL

1. Work as a consultant and team lead to advise clients on the best practices related to Client and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementation.

2. Design and Implement end-to-end client IP modules Rebates, Memberships, Bill backs, Chargebacks and Contracts and lead business blueprint sessions with SMEs, study as-is business processes.

3. Deliver design/business blueprint document based on the business requirements captured, walkthrough Costumer standard business processes and document process gaps, deliver a fit-gap document with a complete analysis.

4. Conduct design sessions with SMEs, prototype new system to enhance business processes, operations and process flows Configure end-to-end commission’s business process using Customer transactional IP model. Configure and change Agreement types, deployment code, period profiles, components, Subcomponents, Buckets, Business script formulas, accrual profiles, and settlement profiles.

5. Set up/configure approval workflows based on organization hierarchy. Work with business resources on testing requirements, develop testing strategy and Deliver test plan documents. Prep go-live activities, develop cutover planning document, and provide hyper care support.

6. Responsible for providing best practices on requirements gathering, business blueprint process designing and prototyping, configuration, testing end-user training, and defining support procedures.

7. Configure various IP types, copy control routines, IP pricing procedures for commission, and bonus business processes. Configure various bonus plans in Composite IP, deployment codes, deployment components, subcomponents, formula builder. Assist in the development of the cutover plan for SD.

8. Configure the new relationship type in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the Customer Portal application. Design the interface from the external application to bring in the pricing agreements into SAP/Customer

9. Customization and configuration of Order Management, Order Types, Contracts, Rebate Agreements, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Availability Check/Transfer of Requirements, Pricing, Copy Controls, Incompletion Procedure, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, Account Determination, and LIS.

10. Progress monitoring of the project from a development and integration testing standpoint. Report to the higher management about important milestone achievements of the project. Provide training to super users and end-user about the newly implemented SAP system, to make them familiar with the new environment.

11. Provide the support tools to the client for supporting the interfaces post-go-live.
