-          Experienced BA with good communication skills: ability drive meetings in a coherent manner ensuring all attendees are involved in the discussion

-          Can support multiple initiatives at the same time

-          Adept in understanding the business problem statements and ability to break it down further for Engineering teams (Architects/Developers/QA teammates)

-          Adept in collaboration w/ business users, engineering teams

-          Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

-          Familiar with User Story writing/grooming in Agile set up

-          Familiar with Agile ceremonies: Stand up meetings/Sizing Discussions/Grooming

-          Familiar with process mapping using BA tools: like visio, powerpoint/data mapping : source Vs target

-          Establishes follows best practices
