Project Management experience (Agile-Scrum experience is a must)
Strong Data Background. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL,  ETL Tools, Data Warehousing,
Data Migration project experience is MUST.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure the timely submission of deliverables from a diverse array of multiple cross-functional teams.
2. Develop and oversee measures/indicators related to outcomes of the strategic planning process. Monitor projects, programs, and/or deliverables and assess impact to strategic initiatives;
report on progress to leadership.
3. Identify potential project risks and difficulties and design strategies to mitigate or avoid risks. Escalate issues as appropriate.
4. Maintain visibility of strategic planning process and initiatives throughout the department during the planning process to ensure meaningful collaboration, and comprehensive and effective
implementation.
5. Coordinate resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts. Act as liaison to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provide support and
direction as appropriate.
6. Collect and analyse a variety of complex data and information. In collaboration with others, perform statistical analysis and summarize findings in applicable reports or other
communication mediums.
7. Initiate project-related communication and requests for information and provide guidance to other departments.
8. Coordinate communications, change management, and issue management efforts as assigned.
