•             Facilitate team ceremonies fromsprint planning to demonstration and tracking progress and achievement of theteam goals at daily stand-ups using burndown charts/cumulative flow diagrams.

•             Coordinate interaction with otherteams of one's own and other units and manage the processes of breaking downtasks and estimating workload, finding dependencies with other teams andupdating the backlog accordingly.

•             Administerthe backlog in the production system and help other teams and conventional partsof the organization build and interaction with the team.

               MinimumRequirements/Qualifications:

•             Bachelor'sdegree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.

•             Experiencein Agile development (specific Scrum Master experience preferred).

•             4 yearsof experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.

•             Experiencewith Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

•             Comfortableleading multi-day workshops and training modules.

experienced in Agile project management, can drive a ReleaseTrain and PI Planning sessions.
