- Requires 5+ years of hands on experience creating and modifying JavaScript, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Components, etc.
- Experience developing and modifying workflows, SLA’s, forms, catalog items, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Experience developing and modifying service portals.
- Desirable to have experience with ServiceNow API’s with integrations with 3rd party tools using REST, SOAP, scripted API’s, Mid Server and web services.
- Requires understanding of ServiceNow ACL management.
- Experience with Discovery and automation of updates to CMDB.
- Experience documenting technical solutions and non-technical end user documentation.
- Knowledgeable in establishing data sharing between monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication ability.
- Must have experience working with vendors to support and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Desirable to have experience defining and supporting SAML and SSO integrations.
- Flexibility with the ability to balance work and requests for multiple projects.
- Ability to work Independently and identify solutions for challenges and requests.
