Customer has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst to participate in the implementation and support of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) Applications which will be leveraged by multiple business units. As a key contributor, the successful candidate will manage and drive the functioning of these key applications alongside of developing strong working relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams. The work can be performed remotely and will require travel to a couple of plants in Illinois periodically.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide subject matter expertise for dynamics CRM while proposing, designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs
• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Drive adoption and business benefits thought day to day support, training, and engagement with the user community
• Liaise with business group representatives and stakeholders across all lines of business to help identify automation opportunities of existing processes leveraging technology tool sets supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle
• Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms (through definition of best practices, generate ideas for improvement and management of special projects).
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various type of reports and dashboards to convey results that provide actionable insights to grow revenue.
• Responsible for providing training documentation, written procedures and assist in leading live training while customizing each session based on the audience.
• Assist in developing various integrations with other business processes and applications.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.

Position Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology solutions, reporting and analytics required
• Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations, plugins, scripting, form creation, and API development.
• Experience with a good understanding of the Power Automate and Power BI
• Experience with various data sources, integration mechanism, and security and best practices for them within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the related technologies.
• Experience configuring and managing permissions for Dynamics 365 environment.
• Proficient with .NET, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, Json, SQL and XML.
• Experience with Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Pricing Management, Product Configurations and Order Management.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities based on key milestones, impact to strategic initiatives and high-level direction of management.
• Demonstrated proactive, analytical, and problem-solving approach, ability to propose resolutions and or remediations to inefficient processes.
• Ability to analyze business needs and articulate concepts to engage cross functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans.
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills, both written and verbal to effectively interface with all levels of business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
