Looking for a Scrum Master who has experience working with different vendors / dev teams to deliver a complex solution. The solution we are delivering is a platform with capabilities ranging from Learning Management System, Order Entry/Management, Distributor Genealogy / Compensation Plan, CRM, Distributor Portal. Please note that they don’t have to have actual experience with the tool as there are vendors they will be working with who are the SME’s.

Must have skills:

In depth hands-on Scrum experience

Agile/Scrum Master experience.

SAFe Scrum Master Certified 

Experience leading enterprise wide SaaS implementation.

Demonstrated successfully experience working with vendor teams.

Internal integration teams experience 

Cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver an enterprise wide solution. 

Experience on ERP projects.

Bilingual is a plus.

Nice to have:

Technical PM experience

BA background

Product Owner experience

Hybrid Skills to navigate between waterfall and agile.
