• Minimum of 6 years BA work with combined 10 years+ in various role(s) possibly including: product ownership/BA/Product management /Technology roles such as developer and/or QA tester 
• Quality writing documentation (english)
• Will have product ownership resposibility (i.e. working with vendors and day to day teaming ops like a product owner)
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats on a smaller team and managing BA tasks with offshore/nearshore peer BAs/relationships - someone from large team is not going to be a fit

Responsibilities:

Leads IT systems /solutions analysis and verification from inception through development of software solutions as well as custom developed solutions, ensuring compliance with the requirements.

Collaborates with customers and internal groups to identify and prioritize business needs and to aggregate business requirements.

Significant experience working on product development/implementation projects with specific experience of developing business processes, prototypes and work flows to define customer requirements.

Participates and leads requirements sessions with all levels of business.

Values and executes a strong software development methodology, preferably Agile, and Systems Development Life Cycle.

Documents and builds Functional Test Plans which encompasses the business requirements specific to each application.

Works with project teams through the design and test stages to ensure strict adherence to business requirements.

Serves as a resource for the team in the resolution of complex business or technical issues.

Plans testing execution projects and provides labor and resource estimates that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhere to SDLC processes and procedures.

Performs system analysis and develops solutions for functional defects.

Refines analytical and quality assurance skills through staying abreast of technology industry trends.

Manages daily activities, independently resolve issues and communication across project team in order to deliver projects and/or assignments on-time, on-budget, and as-requested.

Reinforces the organization’s core values and behavioral expectations through modeling, communication, and coaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education; Master’s degree, preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT organization, software, and product development.

6+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT application development.

Demonstrated proficiency in Jira, confluence, workflows and in a wireframing product.

Ability to interact cross-functionally at all levels internally and externally, and ability to develop relationships with vendors, customers, and prospects, when appropriate

Demonstrated negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, including an expertise in soliciting and interpreting customer’s business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements

Expertise in analyzing and developing business and technical requirements towards the development of enterprise technology solutions, including enterprise frameworks for applications, infrastructure, and security

Possess strong quality assurance skills to verify business and system requirements are met via detailed test plans, cases, and scripts, providing feedback and peer reviews of QA artifacts, including testing results

Demonstratable deep knowledge of Agile methodology

Hands on leading/facilitating the execution of test cases while document test results and noting any trends

Expertise in performing analyst role for enterprise software product development organizations

Ability to mentor business analysts in the business analytics discipline and Agile practice
