As a Principal Developer, you will be responsible for:

Leading the analysis, design, and development of custom software applications to support critical business needs.
Work closely with Architects, Systems Developers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Business Analysts to develop and maintain systems as designed.
Promote continuous learning with the development team to improve skills and practice.
 
The Principal Developer is expected to perform design activities with an enterprise mindset. This involves understanding the complex interplay between mission-critical applications, and the underlying architecture of applications themselves, along with the long-term objectives of the business to ensure technology solutions best fit the long-term vision of the organization.



Project:

Will be supporting a Salesforce implementation for 2 different universities. It is a Sales/Service Cloud combo with some Marketing Cloud
They have also been working on some integrations from PeopleSoft into Salesforce
Looking for someone who can help transition the team to a continuous delivery mode
Next year – will be working on automation within Salesforce and some Omnichannel automation
