JOB DETAIL

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discussions and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and elicit, define, and analyze business requirements; create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation
  • Lead the discussions of enhancements by implementing configuration changes in Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules and approval processes; partner with external developer resources as required to deliver advanced customizations
  • Work with the business users and corporate quality teams to develop test plans and procedures, validate the application design, define acceptance criteria and verify system functionality against business requirements
  • Facilitate effective application testing; analyze and resolve defects
  • Collaborate with business partners on deployment including training, change management, and communications
  • Assist in development of custom queries, reports and dashboards for business users
  • Support production systems including analyzing and resolving production problems and end user service requests

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization and effectively influence within a dynamic matrix environment
  • Creative, flexible, and collaborative in approach to technical problem solving
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platforms configuration, Health cloud, architecture, and implementation best practices, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Mastery of unit testing, software change management, and software release management
  • Ability to manage a variety of constituencies with competing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies; experience with software validation in a GxP environment is a plus
  • Experience with project management methodologies and as a Product Owner in Scrum or Agile development environment is a plus
  • Experience managing systems and data in compliance with regulatory requirements, (e.g. FDA, SOX, HIPAA).
