Experience with the ServiceNow platform as a business analyst or developer
At least two years’ experience as a business analyst working with customers to gather and document requirements
At least two years’ experience in Information Systems development, preferably in a healthcare insurance environment
Must understand complex technological subjects and be able to communicate these effectively with others
Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, PMBoK and Operations Excellence standards and procedures
