Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on?

This candidate will be supporting the Care Data Platform initiative and any relevant work in that space.

The candidate will be working with a scrum team consisting of 6 - 7 team members.

What is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)?

1 PM, 3 DAs, 3 Developers, 2 QAs

 

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?

1. Provide updates to team on daily scrum stand ups

2. Complete data analysis as assigned

3. Complete Source to Target documentation as assigned

4. Professionally communicate with internal and external business partners

5. Provide collaborative hand-off of work to developers and quality analysts

 

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)?

1. Advanced level of SQL experience is required

2. Data Analysis experience is required

3. Healthcare data experience is preferred

4. Cloud experience is a huge plus
