JOB DETAIL

  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET CORE, Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI
  • Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend technologies, such as ES6, Typescript, Angular, React, Gulp, Bower, etc.
  • Experience with API Design, formats and protocols including REST, XML, JSON Experience working with technologies such as MongoDB or RabbitMQ a plus Familiarity with source control (GIT), build processes, and continuous delivery (Bamboo/Jenkins) Knowledge of Dockers and Containers Cloud related experience (AWS) a plus
  • Experience with at least one messaging platform (Kafka/RabbitMQ/..)
  • Experience with different development methodologies (Scrum/..)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables for each incidents/ support tickets and release Analysis , diagnose and resolve priority incidents and requests
  • Ensure clear and continuous communication with all stake holders
  • Seek clarifications from users and other stake holders if required
  • Translate Product Requirements as defined by the product managers/project Managers/business analysts into Technical specifications for the offshore team.
  • Design, code, test, and deploy defects and enhancements to support both day to day maintenance/implementation needs as required
  • Provide regular & timely status updates to development management on the progress made on work assigned to the team Occasionally provide off-hours support for critical issues
  • Coordinate testing efforts between the development team and the QA team
  • Ensure dependency and risks are tracked across, within and outside of the project
  • Ensure that the release process is smooth and all coordination in terms of functional / technical / operational issues is resolved / escalated on time.
  • Client Management and Process Improvement
  • Interface between the offshore support/development team, development management and the client to schedule project deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance for complex problems to the offshore team
