Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau Cloud.

Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics.

Work with CDO teams and ratings analysts to understand business requirement and provide solutions (dashboards/reports using various visualizations).

Prepare data from various data sources for analytics and visualization.

Solve performance issues related to workbooks, data sources and dashboard designs. Actively manage the performance and usability issues.

Monitoring reports and dashboards and make necessary changes as required.

Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refreshes.

Provide insights and solutions for data-driven policies and strategies. Create meaningful data-driven insights.

Improve overall process in data management, collection, and entire product life-cycle.

Knowledge of Tableau extensions.

Basic knowledge of RDBMS systems, non-SQL databases, Document databases etc.

Working knowledge of AWS Glue, AWS Athena, AWS S3, HVR Replication, DevOps, Data Dog, Bamboo Etc.

Work within the agile framework established by Fitch.
