- 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- 4+ years of solid Ruby on Rails (running on Heroku) experience with writing custom gems, templating in HAML and developing major upgrades
- 2+ years’ experience with Jest/RTL (CoffeeScript) and LESS with React
- Professional experience working in a cloud environment
- Experience in AWS, Chef, Kubernetes/Docker & Azure and knowledge of containerization
- Experience in DevOps and knowledge of industry CI/CD frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping impactful features, end-to-end
- Be passionate about rigorous engineering practices and discipline: code reviews, automated testing, logging, monitoring and alerting
