Proven prior experience and expertise into Java/J2ee technical stack having experience in between 10 plus years of experience following technologies- Proven experience and exposure working on Java/J2EE platform and front end and back end frameworks which includes (React Js, Redux , Springboot).
- Strong exposure to API integrations and Microservices platform.
- Proven experience working on Docker/container/Kubernetes and hands on in logging and monitoring using tools like Elastic search, Kibana or Grafana.
- Experience in coaching team on Agile best practices, drafting business proposals and new opportunities.
- Ability to technically understand and guide the team on solutions, proposals, triaging issues
- Resolve impediments beyond the scope of team, Ensure team accomplish the committed PI goals
- Professional to offshore-nearshore coordination and escalation management.
