- Minimum 7 years experienced required in SAP ABAP.
- RICEF hands on required.
- Experience of working in support projects.
- Good knowledge in FORMS , reports , interfaces, enhancements, data dictionary objects.
- Able to handle issues independently.
- Good debugging skills to debug complex issues and ability to handle the complexity of tasks.
- Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects
- Good understanding on SAP SCM/FICO/SDCRM Module and integration.
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA is preferred
- Work with key business users to configure and modify SAP to meet business requirements using Best Practices
- Good understanding of ERP architecture and IT infrastructure, interfaces, and batch jobs
- Should be strong in information system development life cycle methodologies, software testing and change control processes
- Coordinate all SAP related activities with the offshore support team
- Must have flexibility to provide on-call production/project support during off-hours
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management
