Role: Create production-grade, low-level CAN FD communication firmware at frame level for STM32H7 family microcontrollers on a new medical device.
Position Details:
- Experience with CAN FD specifications and operation.
- Experience with CAN FD integration and throughput performance testing on hardware.
- Experience with programming in both C and C++.
- Experience with basic object-oriented design methodology and ability to implement to an existing design.
- Experience with flashing and debugging firmware with a debug probe such as J-Link.
- Experience with CAN analyzers such as Kvaser.
- Ability to work in a Linux host environment using Git source control (polyrepo) and command line tools such as CMake and GNU cross compilers. Familiarity with GitHub pull request process for code review.
- Attention to detail, quality code, team player, and ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic project development environment.
