• requires the services of a Systems Analyst with technical knowledge andexperience in programming the J2EE/JAVA, JBOSS application server, JasperReport(s), Enterprise content management (ECM) tools, MS SQL, MySQL and ORACLEdatabase environments.

 MandatoryKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BusinessAdministration, or other related field or equivalent work experience;

• Minimumof 5 years of experience as a systems analyst on successful, enterprise levelinformation technology projects.

• Models and applies software engineeringmethods and techniques to the design, definition, development, evaluation,integration, and/or support of IT solutions.

• Must havethe ability to work independently or cooperatively with other softwaredevelopers.

• Functionsas a technical consultant or researcher

• Performsanalysis and troubleshooting of system defects and issues.

• Designsquality control and test procedures. Applies technical expertise to test

system solutions.

• Usesdefined procedures to configure, test and debug software. Investigates,analyzes and resolves problems on software products.

• Withminimal supervision from more senior resources, handles portions of theprojects, including services/products/technology solutionevaluation/modification, data development, analysis, first draft writtencommunications and client interaction.

• Gathersand evaluates client capabilities and needs.

• Assistswith services/products/technology solution architecture design andinstallation.

•Accountable to upper management for all phases of specific projects.

•Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation;

• Experiencein delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technicalspecification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the approvedbudget and other specified criteria

•Experience with:

• Java 8and higher

• J2EE(Servlets, JSP, EJB, JPA/Hibernate, XML , Mail API, JAXB , Webservice and otherrelated technologies)

• JavaFrameworks like JSF, Primefaces, Wicket, Struts, Spring, etc

• Oracle11g and higher, MS SQL Server, or MySQL

• Storedprocedures, triggers, views, etc.

• JBOSS 7.0and higher

• StrongOral and Written Communication skills

•Experience with business analysis and gathering and documenting requirements –MS Projects and MS Visio

•Experience creating test plans, test cases, and experience in performancetesting using software such as Silk Performer and etc

• Sourcecode management software, example: Git, CVS, or Subversion

•Automating software build processing tool such as Ant, Maven and etc

•Performance evaluation tools such as JProfiler, VisualVM and etc.

• Experiencein integration of multiple systems or applications using Webservice and otherrelated technologies.

•Experience automating data sharing processes Preferred Knowledge Skills andAbilities:

• Master’sDegree in Computer Science or other related field or equivalent workexperience;

• Spring(Core, AOP, Webflow) The Systems Analyst will report to thedesignated supervisor. The Systems Analyst is expected to perform thetasks and specific assignments given by the supervisor.
