- 8-10 years of overall experience with 4-5 years Project Manager in banking project preferably in capital market, derivatives, loans / Mortgages.
- Own the delivery of the assigned scrum team.
- Previous experience working in Banking/Financial services are preferred.
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
- Managing project plan, contingency and release management
- Coordinate standard scrum ceremonies such as sprints planning, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for most of the external communications.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Ability to manage project timeline, identify risks/issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and share project status updates with Management.
