The ServiceNow Developer will be primarily engaged in design, development, integration, and
support of applications within the ServiceNow platform.  The scope includes working with managers,
process or service owners, and technical support staff to define, refine, and translate business
requirements into technical requirements and build plans, driving the organization towards automation
using service management tools.

Requirements:
• Solution design and implementation skills.
• Good to have Certification as ServiceNow Application Developer and system
Administrator.
• Hands-on experience in the design and development of ServiceNow.
• Must have catalog item creation experience and defining workflow against catalog item
• Ability to design and implement a user interface taking into consideration usability, form
design, platform (desktop, tablet, and/or smartphone), and enhancing the user experience
with scripts.
• Write, test, and debug client side and server-side scripts.
• Implement security for an application using both contextual security and application
scope.
• Manage applications including migration, downloading and installing, and managing
source code.
• Provide Level 2 end user/system support of platform within defined SLAs.

•Strong skills/Experience with the ServiceNow platform including:
o Scripting and customization
o System Definition
o Automated Workflow
o Dictionary
o ACL
• Must have JavaScript scripting experience.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:
• Experience working within the Agile/Scrum development methodology is highly
preferred
• Familiarity with ITL and ITSM Frameworks and Best Practices would be very helpful
